Century Kindle Payment Schedule

The Century Kindle payment schedule starts at Rs. 1.21 Crore onwards and stretches upto Rs. 2.5 Crore. The plan includes the base value of the flats, instalment charges, which include GST charges. The plan is for 5 years and starts from 1st March 2026 onwards. The instalment amount will be taken as per the construction progresses.

The payment schedule helps buyers to understand the amounts that are being paid in different stages. It also helps them to pay the amounts in small instalments instead of a lump sum. Only 10% of the total amount is to be paid for booking, and later 10% is to be paid in each instalment.

• A 10% installment of the total cost is required. It is during the construction of the basement.
• An additional 10% of the total value while the ground floor is being built.
• A payment of 10% of the total amount is due during the construction of the first floor.
• The next 10% of the total cost is paid when the flooring work begins.
• A 10% installment of the total price is made during the plumbing installation stage.
• A 5% to be paid as the construction nearly reached completion.
• The remaining 5% of the total amount is paid when possession of the property is taken.

Note: Buyers have to pay an extra 2% GST in the final instalment to obtain the property.
