Century Immencity is an ultra-luxury mixed-use township in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. It is built on 56 acres of land. The project combines luxury homes with a 10 million sq. ft. commercial space.
There are 334 limited homes in the project. These homes are spread across 14 tall towers. Buyers can choose from spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The size of the homes ranges from 2,200 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. Prices start from ₹3.85 Cr and go up to ₹8 Cr. The official launch is planned in phases between 2025 and 2026. The possession date is December 2030. As of 2026, the RERA approval is in process.
