Century Kindle Maintenance charges
Century Kindle maintenance charges are currently taken in advance at Rs. 72-75/sq. ft. only for a year. After the township is ready and the RWA is formed, the monthly maintenance charges are taken at Rs. 5-6/sq. ft. To upkeep the township, this charge is taken from every resident.
Maintenance charges are important charges paid by all the residents, including renters as well. These are taken to maintain the township's common areas. These include lifts, amenities, clubhouse, and are set affordably to suit the residents. This is taken care of by the RWA of the township.

Note:

The advance maintenance charges are to be given only for a year and are mentioned in the cost sheet. This is only to be paid at the time of booking a unit. Other details related to the charges can be cleared up by contacting the sales team.
The RERA Board has set the charge that has to be collected in every township. It is to be taken as per the rules, which state that the charges will be set as per the size of the unit. The HOA of the township fixes a certain rate per sq. ft. They are charged in a way that meets the buyer's budget.
