Century Kindle infrastructure has two major parts: Internal and External, as per the 2026 RERA update. Internal Infrastructure includes water pipes, drains, and electricity inside the buildings. Includes fire safety, emergency exits, and security, keeping every home safe and ready to use. External Infrastructure includes roads, footpaths, and street lights across the 12.5-acre site. Includes the sewage plant, storm drains, and waste disposal systems. Green Features such as parks, trees, and the use of renewable energy, help the environment. All work is planned to finish by March 2031 for a smooth handover to residents.

Internal Infrastructure of Century Kindle

Century Kindle's internal building work makes every home safe and easy to live in for buyers. Following the 2026 RERA rules, all parts of the building meet legal standards. Every flat has clean water pipes, drains for waste, and power for lights. Safety comes first, so every floor of the apartment has water sprayers, smoke alarms, and clear exits for emergencies. These systems help families stay safe and feel happy in their new homes.

Water Supply System

  • Two pipes bring clean water to every apartment
  • Pipes go to the kitchen and bathroom
  • Tanks and pumps keep water flowing on all 19 floors

Sewage and Drainage System

  • Wastewater goes away safely through strong pipes
  • Dirty water and solid waste are separated and sent to treatment
  • Stops leaks, smells, or blockages

Water Conservation & Rainwater Harvesting

  • Rainwater from the roof is collected through pipes
  • Water is filtered, reused, or put into the ground to save water

Energy Management

  • Common areas have energy-saving lights
  • Each home has safe wiring and meters
  • The system works well with modern appliances and avoids wasting electricity

Fire Protection & Safety

  • Smoke detectors and heat sensors on every floor
  • Fire hydrants and hose reels are placed in easy spots
  • Sprinklers in basements and corridors to control fire quickly

Solid Waste Management

  • Chutes or collection points on each floor
  • Dry and wet waste are separated
  • Waste was moved safely without making homes dirty

Emergency Evacuation Services

  • Wide, fireproof staircases and fire lifts help with a quick exit
  • Exit signs and emergency lights guide everyone safely
  • Designed as per National Building Code (NBC) standards for safe evacuation
