Century Kindle Township

Century Kindle Township is a newly launched residential apartment project in Yelahanka, North Bangalore. It is spread over 4.6 acres and features 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. These flats range from 737 sq. ft to 1,773 sq. ft., with prices for sale starting at Rs. 1.21 Crore onwards.

Master Plan

The master plan of Century Kindle township, Bangalore, is spread over 4.6 acres and has over 80% open space. It is home to 2 towers, which comprise 2 basements+19 floors. Each tower has housed 229 apartments and has 252 parking spaces. Overall, the venture has 458 well-crafted flats and 504 parking spaces.

The project's sub-structure work will start from 1st March 2026 onwards and will end by 1st Sept 2027. This will include Earthing work till retaining of walls.
The superstructure work will begin from 14th July 2027 onwards and will end by 21st April 2030. It will include an RCC or MS frame structure for the grill work of windows and other areas.
The finishing work will progress from 25th June, 2030 and will be finished by 17th November, 2030. This will include Electrification, water supply, and internal and external work. This is to be done as per the drawing of the township.

The project is being designed and constructed by the top engineer and architect. The Main engineer of the township is Mr Swaroop Devaiah KL, and the architect is Mr Chandrashekar R. It is a top-end Century Real Project being constructed with top construction quality.

Its source of water for the venture is from BWSSB, and the overall project cost in INR is 6,46,86,64,851. It is also home to luxurious amenities for all age groups. There are 40+ indoor and outdoor facilities available at the township with 24/7 security.
